I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password?” from the Account sign-in screen. If an account exists for that email address, The Thoroughbred sends a password-reset link.
I have a beta problem.
Email support with the email address used for beta access, your phone model, Android version, the screen where the problem happened and what you expected to happen. A screenshot can help when the issue is visual.
I want to delete my account.
Registered users can use Account → Delete account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, the public Account Deletion page explains the external request route.
Open Account Deletion →Racing or racecourse information looks wrong.
Send the race, runner, person or racecourse involved, what appears to be wrong and, where possible, the source that supports the correction.

No iOS beta is currently being announced. The invite-only beta beginning 5 October 2026 is Android only.
Is Thoroughbred Elite part of the beta?
No. The Android beta covers the core Thoroughbred experience. Elite is coming later as a separate product layer.
